All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our Pride garments and event merchandise, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the pre-order window closes on June 15th. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will gladly make it right.

Shipping & Printing Timeline Policy

Please review our production and delivery schedule carefully before placing your order. We want to ensure everyone gets their Pride gear on time!

 

Key Deadlines & Delivery Schedule

By June 15th (Sponsorship Deadline):

All custom orders including Individual, Small Business, and Corporate Sponsorships must be placed by this date.

Orders placed by June 15th are guaranteed to make the printer's deadline to have names and logos featured on the official event t-shirt.

By June 19th (Standard Mail-Out Deadline):

All standard merchandise and bundle orders placed on or before June 19th are guaranteed to be mailed out directly to your shipping address via standard postal services.

After June 19th (Orders & Event Pickup):

Any orders placed after June 19th will be delivered directly to the Pride event venue for on-site pickup, or shipped as requested.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that late orders will arrive at your home prior to the event date.

* Preferred File Format: Vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF). These files can be scaled to any size without becoming blurry or pixelated.
* Alternative File Format: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background. The resolution must be at least 300 DPI.
* Formats to Avoid: JPEGs, screenshots, or files pulled from websites (these are usually low resolution and print blurry).
* Color Specifications:
    * Please provide a solid white or solid black version of your logo if your original colors clash with the t-shirt dye.
    * All fonts and text must be converted to outlines or paths.
* Submission Deadline: All graphics must be emailed to WICONISWAG@GMAIL.COM by June 15th at 11:59 PM to make the print deadline.
